Do I need a subscription?

No. Most people buy a one-time credit pack for their next tattoo idea. Subscriptions are for people who design often and for tattoo artists.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and you will not be charged again.

Do unused credits roll over?

Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you are not happy with your first purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it in full. Credits from refunded purchases are removed from your account.

Question 6

Can I sell tattoos made from my designs?

Accepted Answer

Personal plans cover your own tattoos. The Studio plan includes a commercial license so tattoo artists can tattoo and sell designs they create.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Waffo, our merchant of record; we never see your card details.
