Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of InkFlash, including subscriptions, credits and refunds.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InkFlash at [yourdomain.com] (the "Service"), operated by [Operator legal name] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).

2. Plans, subscriptions and billing

  • Free plan. Includes a limited number of credits as described on the Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and will not be charged again.
  • Price changes. We will notify you at least [14] days before a price change affects your subscription.
  • Taxes. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.

3. Credits

Credits are used to generate designs (currently 2 credits per design). Subscription credits are granted each billing period and expire at the end of that period. One-time credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for anything illegal, infringing, or harmful; upload content you do not have rights to; attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass limits of the Service; or resell access without our permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs you generate, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

7. Designs and license

Designs are generated with AI from your descriptions. You may use designs you generate for your own tattoos. On the Studio plan you may also use them commercially, including tattooing them on clients and selling them as flash. The free designs in our public flash library are for personal use. Because AI can produce similar results for similar descriptions, we do not guarantee that a design is unique, and you are responsible for not requesting designs that copy protected characters, logos or other people's artwork.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law
